On today's episode of the podcast, I share the journey of how we made our way to the

farm that we are just moving into this week. This was a dream of mine for years, so I

talk a lot about the process of manifestation and a little bit about my own journey when

it comes to having a huge dream and then taking action steps to realizing that and making

that happen. I also talk about our tendency to minimize our joy and how oftentimes when

we have many good things come our way at the same time, there's a little voice in the

back of our heads telling us to not speak too loudly about it or to be careful because

it could all be taken away. It's so important that we allow ourselves to stand at all

in our gratitude and in our blessings and in our joy that we actually appreciate what

we have while we have it. I think it's an interesting podcast this one. I absolutely loved

Hello, hello, hello, my darlings. Hi, welcome back to the show. I am looking out at what

is just the most magical view. I've been sitting here in this chair for like 10 minutes just

staring out the window in awe of the beauty of this day. In Sweden, where we are right

now, it's snowed for two days straight. It stops snowing all night and we got to wake

up to this magical, magical winter wonderland. And it's really freezing cold. It's I think

four degrees Fahrenheit now. I think minus 15. Then I said this morning when he got up really

early at like six to go biking. This man, he said the car said it was minus 23 degrees

Celsius, which I think is like one degree Fahrenheit or something absolutely crazy. So it's

super cold and we got so much snow, which means the snow is really full of heat and soft.

And the sun has been shining all day. It's this beautiful, beautiful weather. The sun

raised this morning was just pink and orange and it was like golden hour, but all morning
