Juan, why don't we start with you just telling us how you got interested in real estate?

I was interested in acquiring some apartments or some rentals.

Then I read an article for some individual who had used his own own house as equity and borrowed the money and

invested in in real estate we we borrowed the money we did an equity loan for our house

enough equity in our house to make a big loan.

And from that, we acquired the dumb payment for the apartments.

We fed our apartments for like the last 10 years.

Let me make sure that I understand what you did.

You had equity in your house and you were able to take out that money and use that cash to buy

the investment property.

So you didn't need to get any kind of special investor financing or you didn't need to qualify

for an investor loan, right?

Yeah, it's called a he-lock.
