The number one topic that I've had requested here on the show is about LLCs and insurance.

People want to hear more about how to protect themselves.

And I think this is an interesting topic that I know personally I want to learn more about.

And we have covered this a little bit on the show from time to time, but we haven't gone

real deep into the topic. And to be honest, a lot of the information that I've gotten,

both on the show and from conversations I've had off air is really conflicting. People just have different

ideas on what the best way to protect yourself is. So what I thought would be interesting today

is to talk to four different rental property owners to get their opinion and to see how they have

things set up and see what we can find out from them.

Before we get started on the show, I just want to remind everybody that I'm not an attorney,

I'm not an insurance agent, I'm not an accountant, and neither are my guests. My guests are

just giving you their personal information and the way they understand everything. But laws vary a lot from area to area.
