| 0:58.3 | generalities they're not a hundred percent mom and dad. And it depends on that personality is also what plays in here. |

| 1:13.8 | So we're not here to be perfect, and moms do tend to take on more of that pressure. |

| 1:26.7 | It's, I'm very aware that I've messed up my kids. |
| 1:30.4 | But there is hope and there's freedom if you want to get rid of the perfectionistic parenting. |
