So this is something that I think a lot of us are at the very least curious about how do we get land to grow on.

Hey everybody, it's great to be back on the podcast with Kevin again and all you guys

so yeah I guess I'll start with just kind of explaining how I found my first little

plot of land and this was kind of just a good stroke of luck I'd say

because we had some family friends they're a young family in the early 30s and

they just purchased their first home and we found out that they

were renovating a little studio in the back and so I went over there me and my wife

to check it out and see what it would look like and you know the

studio was going to be good enough for us and what they had was a gigantic

backyard and it's about a quarter acre a little more than that in the backyard. So there's tons of room.

And, you know, it worked out so well just because they were family friends and we were able to negotiate a lease very easily.

And we did sign a legal notarized lease.

And I highly recommend that everyone does that
