Summary

For years, she experienced heightened sensitivity to the supernatural, but the overlap between mental health struggles and paranormal experiences often left her questioning what was real. After starting antidepressants, she found a shift in her sensitivity, allowing her to better understand the energy around her, especially when it came to distinguishing between anxiety and real spirit encounters. Now, with a clearer mind and better emotional balance, she  shares how medication helped her gain control over her sensitivity and feel empowered in her paranormal experiences.

sensitive, does it affect your, I guess, gifts, ability, your sensitivity?

I think that in the American culture and society, there's such a stigma

2:02.8

about mental health and taking medicine. It's like you're weak. It's not good for you, but

2:10.8

honestly, I had tried everything. And I think it's important, I know this is kind of like a PSA,
