And I hope you guys had a great Mother's Day.

If you didn't, I don't know why you would know this, but maybe you know this.

Mother's Day falls in the same weekend as my lovely partner's birthday.

So every year it's a power-packed, pressure-filled weekend of gift-giving and food eating and family get-togethering and get-togethering and whatnot.

And, you know, it's a lot of pressure.

Got to get good stuff.

Got to get good stuff for the kids.

Got to make good plans.

And in the end, I think we survived.

We did a good job. And Linda had a good

birthday and a good mother's day. And it's very relieving when that happens. It's fucking great.

Yesterday, we took it very easy and she enjoyed the relaxed nature of her birthday. And then today,

I had a plan.

And the plan was I went to a meeting.

Then we got bagels and went to her mother's house, had bagels with her mother.

Then we took the dog to the bay and the dog like we threw a stick

into the bay and the dog, the dog, Winnie is scared of the water and eventually she kind of got in

the water, which is very fun. And then we went home. We walked around for a bit. I picked up these

giant planters for Linda for Mother's Day.

And it was all under the expressed understanding that we had breakfast with her mother.
