Nothing is above mindfulness. If you want to change your reaction, mindfulness is the key. Thoughts on Breathing When you play the Lovetuner, you play a long steady tone and inhale through your nose. You do it six times or whatever feels good to you. Then, you stay about 20 to 30 seconds in silence afterward. It is the sound of a high-pitched C at 528 HZ.  Bullying Story Going back in time, we started our foundation programs, and we went into schools. We did it for underprivileged children, and we went into private schools. We took the Lovetuner tool, and we went into the classrooms. We gave Lovetuners to children from ages 7 to 10 years old. At that age, children give you the most blank response of anyone. By the time we did the first tune, everybody was totally focused. It was unbelievable how much the children liked it.
