In our last episode we read the final pages of the princess and the goblin.

This was a wild tale, I had no idea where it would lead us, but I did enjoy it, I hope

you did too.

We had a lot to cover in wrapping up the end of the story, so we've created this episode

as a recap in case you fell asleep before we finished.

After all, this is the sleepy bookshelf, but be warned, this is a spoiler alert.

Kerry was about to go back down into the goblin's caverns to rescue the princess, and his

hand came upon the invisible thread the princess had told him about.

He trusted and followed it out on the mountain, all the way to his own house, where he found

the princess asleep in his mother's arms.

She'd been frightened by a noise in her bed, and her grandmother's thread had led her

there for safety before the goblin's raid.

Kerry was happy to see her, but suddenly remembered about the goblin's plan to flood the

mines if their attempt to steal the princess had failed.

Along with his father and the other miners, they worked tirelessly all day to cement up

the weakened entry to the goblin caves.

While they were underground, a great storm had been raging outside, causing the streams
