Turn, please, in the scriptures.

I guess it's been a few weeks since I've been with you on this.

We've had guest speakers and other folks speaking and very, very good.

I understand all of it.

Hallelujah.

Amen.

Aren't we blessed to have such caliber of ministry and these other gifts?

But before that, I was with you on this topic that we read about in Ephesians 5.

If you'd turn there, Ephesians 5 and verse 18.

And I want us to go on.

I believe I have direction from the Lord about this.

And these things are not just subjects that we talk about and think about.

It's much more, much more than this.

It's God's plan that we develop spiritually and come up to a higher place.

Not just that we think about something during the service, but we do things in our days and nights as a way of life changes.

In verse 18 it says, be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess.

Other translations bring out, instead of using that word excess, it talks about lack of control.

But what are you doing instead of get drunk?

Be filled with the spirit.

Now, people find this humorous, but the Bible doesn't just tell you what to not do.

It tells you what to do.

And there are those who have just believed and preached and heard condemnation,
