I'm going to back up a little bit tonight and get the context of our text.

You know, so many wrong doctrines would have been prevented if people had just read the three verses that came before the scripture and the three verses that came after it.

They wouldn't have come up with that goofy interpretation that they got.

Ephesians 5 and 1 says,

Be ye therefore followers,

are some translations say imitators of God as dear children.

And walk in love as Christ also has loved us and has given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling savor.

But fornication and all uncleanness and covetousness let it not be once named among you as becomeeth saints, neither filthiness, nor foolish talking nor jesting, which are not convenient, but rather giving of thanks.

Now let's just, let's stop right here.
