After a whirlwind season—hospital stays, a move, and recovering from trauma—I’m finally starting to dig into some persistent health struggles I’ve been feeling for a while. In this episode, I share the very beginning of my journey to better health: why I decided to get comprehensive blood testing, what surprising results I discovered (hint: it wasn't my hormones), and how I’m creating a long-term plan to rebuild from the inside out.

0:39.7	But yeah, this is this is only my second episode. We had, if you guys haven't been following along, we had our sweet little seven month old Radley, who's now almost
0:44.3	nine months old. How did that happen? He got burned really badly. And we spent eight days in the
0:51.6	hospital and then really intensive care once we were home.
0:55.4	I was actually able to sneak in and record an episode, kind of just about our journey in the hospital.
0:59.7	That was the last episode sharing just how people have ministered to us, like some really good takeaways we had from the hospital.
1:06.9	And that night, after I finished recording, we actually ended up back at the ER with an infection.
1:15.2	He got an infection in his graft site.
1:17.4	Thankfully, he responded very well to the antibiotics.
1:20.3	We were a little bit concerned, right, initially about it kind of having gone into his bloodstream.
1:26.4	But with the severity of his burns,
1:29.7	we went actually back to the hospital that we had been at,
