I'll tell them like you know what Ryan just has non-negotiables and the problem is you guys don't have non-negotiables. And the problem is you guys don't have non-negotiables. For example, Ryan does not work on the weekends or Sunday. Let's say Ryan doesn't work on Sunday.

And I'll break it down to them like, hey, you need to get to the point where no matter what, you're not cold calling.

No matter what, dude, you need, no matter what, you need to find someone to do that task for you or admin work you need to get to the point

where do you think Ryan's freaking filling out contracts at wealthy investor or home run offer?

Absolutely not and do you think if the admin leaves, Ryan's going to jump in there and do that? Absolutely not.

There's a, it's a non-negotiable. He is not going to do certain things. And to get to the next level you need to have those where it's like hey
