Yeah, like what? religious experiences? Yeah.

Like what?

There's only been a few times in my life where like

I truly felt God like audibly speaking to me.

Other times, it's more so just like feeling led

and like walking by faith.

Like it's not like, do this.

Like those times were very few. One of the first ones is I talked about this, you know, a few times

when I got into house flipping it was like Mindy and I were on our one year

anniversary in New Orleans and I just remember sitting there praying I'm like man you

know I kind of felt like I wasn't holding up my end of the bargain to her as a husband, you know, one year into it. I felt like, man, you know, I'm 25 now or I I was about to be 25, and we've been married a year, and, you know,

where's my life at? I got released by the Oakland A's, so it's looking like I'm not going to be, you know, a big league baseball player.

You know, I was substitute teaching. I had just started flipping couches successfully and

even still with that I'm like, it was always like this is just like a temporary thing like I don't really know what I'm going to do with my life after baseball

And I just remember praying. I was like God I don't know what you have planned for me but just tell me whatever it is I'm

open to do whatever you want me to do again no it's not baseball.

And I have literally no idea what you want me to do. And, you know, at that time too, people don't realize this,

but I had been a realtor for five years.

So I got licensed in 2010 this was 20 the end of

2014 and I hated real estate I was terrible as a realtor I just did not like the business at all. And I remember him like audibly saying like, you know, real estate investing. Like I was like, man, that's kind of weird. and all of a sudden you know I see this TV
