0:30.2	amy thoreda i wanted to go ahead and give you guys a couple stories today on my sleep paralysis experiences
0:36.2	and also with um with just spirits and demonic entities
0:40.0	in general I as far back as I can remember when I started experiencing sleep
0:46.2	paralysis was when I was about the age of 16 we had just moved into this new home
0:51.2	and we were you know we switched over schools as well and everything um
0:56.2	i uh i i did experience this really really really tough tough time with this one particular
1:04.1	spirit i'm not sure if it was a demon or a very dark spirit but it was it was really really dark
1:10.0	um this one particular night i normally leave my tv a very dark spirit, but it was, it was really, really dark.
1:16.9	This one particular night, I normally leave my TV on because when I started experiencing these things, I normally would sleep in the dark, but after I started experiencing sleep
1:20.9	paralysis, I just couldn't leave the TV off. I couldn't. I had to leave it on with some form of audio or something to feel like I wasn't alone and to have some light in the room because it just, the darkness really does look scary when you're there.
1:39.3	So, you know, the light did help bring out, you know, what I made me, like, was, it helped me actually see what's going on around me.
1:48.6	This particular night was like any other night.
1:51.0	I had the TV on, had something on just like running, and I had drifted off to sleep.
2:00.5	I was more aware of my surroundings rather than... and I had drifted off to sleep.
2:00.9	I was more aware of my surroundings rather than like,
2:06.2	like I can hear everything, but I couldn't see anything.
2:09.2	There was times that I would like be able to see under sleep paralysis,
2:12.9	but there's times that I would just, it was more like I didn't want to open my eyes.
2:16.9	I don't know how to explain it.
