to be extracted like a single frosted Cheerio in a bowl of regular Cheerios.

My name is Justin McRoy and I am a cereal enthusiast.

My name is Dan Gubair and I am your cereal chauffeur in this luxury breakfast limousine.

We call a podcast.

For the next half hour or so, you have a very important, serious job and that is to think

only of cereal.

To give yourself permission to just relax and focus on that, I know there are other things

in your life that you need to consider, but right now you've earned the right to just

do this.

To just think about cereal.

We're going to have some news, we're going to have reviews of some of the latest cereals

and we're going to have some fun too.

There'll be some lighter moments as well to compliment those.

name has pushed this convention to its absolute limit.

At this point, I don't think we can, you know, I wanted to try to meet him halfway with
