We're up to volume 12, issue 595, and today we're going to attempt to talk about FIFA, not the organisation, but the series, maybe a little bit.

Controversial that would be, wouldn't it?

Well, indeed, yes.

A series of football video games running from 1993 to 2022.

And possibly again in the future, but who knows.

Anyway, joining me Leon Cox for this issue we've got

chris worthington hello and tony atkins hello two of the uh the more footy centric members of the

kana rince team carl was again supposed to join us but uh after missing a previous show with

covid he's now got work duties.

We had to shovel this run around.

But the three of us, hopefully we've played a few hours of FIFA between us in our lives. A few hours.

Yeah, so we're going to go back to the beginning.

We're going to take a whistlestop tour of the individual titles.

Some of them possibly won't get mentioned at all.

Obviously, there will be mention of rivals and alternatives as well, and, well,

we'll also hear from the community as well. Of course, we've got some good memories and

nostalgic lookbacks at the series. The developer originally was known as extended play productions from 93 to 97, but essentially

that is the same team, it metamorphosed, metamorphosed into EA Canada or EA Vancouver,
