I was talking to one of my friends and colleagues the other day, and she was mentioning that

she's had more clients than ever come in to her office with knowledge of fertility awareness,

cycle charting, more and more women are using charting apps, cycling apps, and this topic

is becoming more and more mainstream. Now, I don't think we've hit critical mass just yet,

but what this means for you as a women's health practitioner is that it's really time for you to

uplevel your knowledge about fertility awareness. And for those of you who
