I've got a great episode for you today. In today's episode, I'm interviewing Sarah Clark, and we're talking about essentially a holistic view and perspective of the body as it

2:01.6

experimenting with elimination diets and reintroducing those foods. So I feel like it really

2:07.0

helps us as women to connect more deeply with our bodies and to appreciate the level of

2:12.9

control that we do have. We have a lot more control over our health and fertility than we often think we do.
