Well, welcome back to a fist full of dirt and we did something we normally don't do,

Lorraine. We broke that, we're breaking this one into two parts.

Yeah, it was too good. It was too good. We're uh last week we visited with Gary Robertson. He owns Burnham Brothers game calls and he's the host of carnivore TV he's the first mossy oak pro staff where he's been in our

family for 30-something years and buddy I started going down that I went to a rabbit hole

it was so deep I couldn't find the bottom of

it we started talking about predator hunting but you know we met Gary like I say

many many years ago and you know the friendship turned into business and

Gare used to help us do rider hunts, you know, because back in the day this is 30

years ago we everybody wanted to go to Texas for spring turkey hunting and it was so good.

Oh yeah.

We had all those ranches leased out there.

It was just insane how good the turkey hunting was, not how much fun we had.

But, and I wrote a chapter, we're going to talk to Gary on this week's episode,

part two, about his book called Eyes Front, which you came up with the name you actually edited the DVDs.

That was my first big edit project. I was interning.

Yeah, well one of the hunts we did with Gary out there was that a and we usually did them around

Menard and that four or five canies that's big sheep country that's why the Turk

can't was so good but for some reason we did a Turk I think it was it was a turkey

...
