And you may have noticed that the last couple months, it's been a little bit slower pace than that. And that's because I've been launching this year-long course called The Mythic Body,

and that's taken quite a bit of my time and energy.

And as I reach a more sustainable pace with the course,

I intend to go back to getting two episodes out per month.

But for the last couple, it's been about one per month.
