I'm okay.

I have been, I feel like kind of homeless lately.

I went to a conference in Austin, Texas, Wednesday through Friday, and then I flew to the A,

which was a secret until I just said it out loud right now. You know how when you go to your hometown

you live where you work, but you go to your hometown and you like don't tell anyone you're going to be

there because you don't want to be bombarded? I snuck in like a ninja to Atlanta. And then I was at my alma mater university of Georgia today where I was talking to the kids about business journalism and podcasting, which was perfect. I talked all about Brown ambition and inspired the youth, I think. I basically told them if we can do it, anybody can do a podcast. So I'm in Athens, Georgia now, and I have to head back to Atlanta, and then I fly back to

New York tomorrow, and I still don't have a home because mine's being ripped apart right now.

So I feel a little funky.

Well, I, um, same.

I get, well, not really.

I mean, I, you know, we haven't even started on the house.

I'm like, I'm leaving that for now. But I have a new niece. Oh, really?

Yes. On the 12th, my sister had our niece. Her name is Lily and Lily for short. And she's

super adorable, full head of hair. So I'm super excited because my sister, you know, she and her husband

have been trying for a long time. So we've got this amazing, beautiful little girl.
