you know we believe we can win but they don't practice they don't do any game plan they just show up to the game like not knowing their opponent not knowing their abilities not have exhausted themselves to resistance training or any type of drills and they just show up with they being a likely position to win the game not necessarily you know so we're self image self image can get damaged by other people real easily because there's so much talk to happens there's a there's an internal dialogue there's an external dialogue
