1:32.0

Okay. So today we're going to bring the vibe down. Okay. We're not going to bring the frequency down just a vibration. We're going to meditate. All right. I'm going to take you through a guided meditation. But first, I'm going to let you know like what meditation does and how it's helped me. I firmly believe that the first 16 seconds of your day is going to have a lot to do with how your day goes. And as we talked about before in the book, the slight edge of preachers on compound interest. Okay.

2:00.2

Things added up over and over and over again. You're here because of your yesterday's. You're here because of your rituals. You're thinking about whatever you're thinking about and you're getting whatever you're getting because of your rituals. Okay.

2:14.4

Meditation pretty much the purpose of it is to reach a high level of spiritual awareness. You know, and how it's helped me. I meditate every day every morning. I do a guided meditation every single morning and the mornings that I don't.

2:27.6

My day doesn't go as well as if I didn't do it. I mean, granted, you can't do it every single day. But the days that I do it on a consistent regular basis. Sometimes I do it two, three times a day.

2:38.0

But right in the morning, I wake up a little bit earlier, throwing the earphones, you know, they got the, um, the noise cancellation thing. And I just visualized everything. That vision, vision, become be and then it comes when you become that vision. It brings you closer. So how meditation has helped me again.

2:55.0

New perspective on stressful situations. My life is full of stress because someone asked me, they asked me often they say, how do you balance everything? And I'm like, you know what?

3:03.6

Because I didn't really have an answer, but meditation is a big part of the balance of everything. Because if I went around like being in a rush shirt, like, you know, trying to force situations like I wouldn't, I wouldn't be in a great position. It would be a very stressful position.

3:18.4

So I say, getting a new perspective on stressful situations, um, building skills to manage your stress, increasing self awareness, increasing goal awareness, um, and changing the goal from

3:30.3

simply a dream to a goal and a plan and action, you know, and everything. You get to focus on the present. You get to kind of get lost a little bit for some people that's drugs alcohol. I mean, we don't, we don't got time to be drinking the drugs every day.

3:42.2

You know, reducing negative emotion, increasing imagination and creativity and realizing that there's no ceiling on this and there's no rules. And you can really imagine anything you want.

3:51.4

You really can become anything you want as crazy as that sounds, creativity, patience, tolerance, um, and also lower in the risk of depression.

3:58.4

And when we go into it, I want you to visualize using your senses, get everything involved. Okay, get all your sensory factors involved because the only sensory factors that may not be involved, like when we meditate, like if you're going to

4:11.4

you know, imagine yourself in a vehicle or something, you can imagine how it would sound starting up. You can imagine how to seat to a fill with your sitting there. You can imagine how you handle a film staring will imagine what she would see where would you drive it first? Where would you park it? You know, get your senses involved and also get your emotions involved. How would this make you feel during this meditation. You might smile. You might cry. You might laugh. You might, you know, have tears of joy releasing some negativity. The biggest thing I want to tell you right now is just to surrender in the moment and be here.
