Hello and welcome back to the Not So Fick Couple Podcast with your host, Lucy Davis. I'm Benjamin

0:05.3

Helden. So we have another guest of us on this week's episode, The Not So Fickle Podcast. I usually

0:10.7

refer to him as Fergus the Freak, which I'm sure you will. I didn't know that to me.

0:16.1

It's behind your back, what you think? And it'll be for good reason of, I will explain a little bit

0:20.5

0:56.3

mental health story and placing that within the context of my training, my existence, what I do now,

1:00.4

et cetera, et cetera. Alongside that, I've got an online coaching business, a public speaking business,

1:05.4

and I train probably about 14 to 20 hours a week across strength and endurance training and go from

1:12.5

anything from 100 mile races to power lifting meets to iron distance extreme triathlons and

1:18.8

kind of everything in between but I'll explain more where I do that because that sounds pretty

1:22.3

stupid at this point that's it's obviously a really hard thing to balance and something that me and

1:27.1

Lucy been speaking about a lot over the last couple of weeks of the podcast is balancing that
