We talked about how it was really, I thought a really important week for the NFL,

sort of a tipping point kind of week in that, I don't know, teams go 0 and 3.

Season is over.

You had some teams teetering on, you know, already three weeks in, basically playing for the lottery,

playing for ping pong balls, you know, metaphorically speaking

there that you had some quarterback injuries that really looked grim and some teams where

you're looking at and you're going to week three is like, we are on the verge of a lost

season, of a lost season of a horrible season across the league with no games worthwhile teams in the tank teams in

the lottery and it's we're not even out of september and this thing is over and that's what it was

looking like heading into this week and i i remember saying you know there were several swing

games and swing situations and depending on how it happened we could be looking at a really, really bad year.

And I'll tell you what, I think it was a good weekend for the league and it sort of salvaged

the season in the short term.

I think this past weekend in the NFL salvaged the season in the short term.

We'll see what happens in another couple weeks.

Maybe some bubbles burst here.
