And as Chris Gasper wrote today in the Boston Globe, Chris Gasper says, too early to judge Patriots offseason, to which I say Poppycock. That's ridiculous. It's too early to judge their season. I can't tell you what kind of year they have. In fact, I can tell you they're probably going to have a pretty good year.

But there's dominoes to fall for the season.

The draft, the competition, injuries, etc.

How can it not be too early to judge the offseason?

Their offseason so far has blown.

But in terms of the quality of the player that they have now at some of these spots, net negative.
