I'm in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I live two miles from the ocean. In fact, off in the

distance from where I am right now, I can see some of the beachfront hotels. So every episode

why is this so hard? All I'm doing is walking. Well, it's hard because keeping our commitments

to ourselves, to pursue fitness, to building a habit is a hard, hard thing. And there are a couple of

things that you can do to make it a little bit

easier. You can listen to this podcast every day. You can tap, follow an Apple or Spotify, whatever
