I would like to share with you a quote today that, oh, I love this quote, I agree with it,

and I think that probably if we internalize this truth, our lives could become so much easier.

Oh, accepting yourself, loving loving yourself it can even be a bit of a buzz

When we resist or reject the truth, when we resist or reject reality, We feel like we need to cover it up. We feel

battle guilty about something. We feel unhappy with a certain part of ourselves.

It's like we're living in fear. Fear that people will discover it, fear that people will bring it up, fear that will be called out.

What if we accepted the parts of ourselves that we initially want to reject or that our ego feels

like we need to reject.

This is why I speak so openly about my experiences. I speak about

growing up in shelters, growing up on welfare, the fact that I speak, oh, so openly again and again about the fact that I have no formal qualifications.
