This week we are exploring the theme of the art of nature therapy or what is otherwise known as forest bathing.

This is a practice that's popular in Japan where you spend time in nature, especially among tall green trees.

You inhale what is referred to as fight and sides.

This is what plants emit and as you inhale and exhale these fight and sides you are helping to reduce your stress hormones.

This can help reduce depression and it also helps to boost your immunity and your feel good hormones.

This is a week for you to immerse yourself in nature.

You might not have the chance to go outside and spend time outdoors but you might simply sit in stillness,

visualizing yourself in a favorite natural surrounding or look at beautiful paintings of landscapes or photos of landscapes.

When you do this you receive similar benefits as spending time out in nature.

So make sure that you take advantage of a natural experience whether you're indoors or outdoors.
