You're going to be. Most of us grew up not learning how to feel our emotions. Maybe you grew up being ignored when you had emotions. Some of us were

Find a comfortable position and settle in. Using your body,

breath, begin to slow your body down by taking some nice slow deep breaths. Letting everything go,

Drop your awareness to your heart center in the center

Here you have an energy center for the heart.

This is the center where you feel and process emotions.

Imagine this energy center in the middle of your chest as a rose or any this beautiful flower in your chest. Look at the rich color, the delicateness, and the strength of this flower.

When this flower opens it allows emotions to pass through and it closes
