This week, our theme we're exploring for full seven days

is breathing. Simply breathe. We've gone through a lot recently. We're still in the

midst of a pandemic and so this is a week to allow yourself to slow down and breathe. In each episode

you in a unique way. You learned how to calm your body and you also learned in yesterday's episode how to do a full

Your breath and your emotional state are intertwined.

So when you breathe a particular way,

and when you combine your breath with an affirmation, as you did in yesterday's episode and will continue

with that in today's episode you can feel more confident. In fact many people are surprised after they've meditated for even a few

weeks, but especially if they've had a regular consistent ritual over several months,

even if they're just meditating five or ten or fifteen minutes at a time.

They undoubtedly let me know that they feel so much more confident.

And I have to say that this was a surprise to me as well after I had meditated for a while. I didn't expect to feel more empowered or more

confident. But when you think about it, when you show up for yourself day in and day out, you are honoring yourself.

And when you honor yourself, you can't help but respect yourself and feel as though you're worth slowing down for.
