1:50.4 | in that I'm a grieving and a strange parent and I the where I am in my grief means that I'm feeling a lot of anxiety I think a lot of catastrophizing going on and I'm really kind of feeling a bit out of myself as Genwell knows. |
2:07.6 | So mornings for me are quite tricky actually. I would say every morning at the moment is a little bit tricky and I take a couple of hours to get into the workings of Salima and feeling okay again. |

2:56.0 | My main thing at the moment is not a tip, Emma, I hate to say this, but it's to acknowledge that it is okay that I feel like this and that it will pass and that there is something in this uncomfortable place for me that I need to pay attention to and that I can't necessarily mute it with a bubble bath, some lavender oil or putting on my LED mask or any of the top tips that we all know about at the moment all my tactics aren't working for those first couple of hours. |
