Devin Kurtz, thanks so much for joining me today on the Kyliecast. Thank you so much for having me. Yes, it's such a pleasure. I knew I wanted to invite you on the show as soon as I read the piece that you had in the Federalist, which we will get to in just a minute. But first, for our listeners who maybe aren't familiar with you, can you just start us off by telling us who you are, where you're from, where you're, and how you got into the work that you're doing now?

Happily. So I am the policy director focusing on public safety at the Cicero Institute,
