An extension. I'm Lisa Lacerra. Fox News. Federal workers have at least through the weekend to decide if they want to accept a buyout offer from the Trump administration to resign and be paid through the end of the fiscal year. A federal judge in Boston pushing back the deadline.

We encourage federal workers in this city to accept the very generous offer. If they don't

want to show up to the office, if they want to rip the American people off, then they're welcome

to take this buyout and we'll find highly competent individuals who want to fill these roles.

White House Press Secretary Caroline Levin, who says about 40,000 workers have accepted the offer,

which was made to about 2 million employees.

Democratic attorneys general and 12 states vowing to file a lawsuit to stop Elon Musk's Department of Government Efficiency from accessing federal payment systems.

and our right to privacy.

President Trump imposing sanctions on the International Criminal Court for issuing arrest

warrants against Israeli officials.

Sanctions will apply to any individual and the family members of those individuals who assist

in ICC investigations of U.S. citizens or U.S. allies.

The U.S. is not a part of the International Criminal Court

and is long argued the ICC is no jurisdiction over American officials. President Trump says the

ICC constrains liberal democratic nations like Israel in exercising its right to self-defense

and fails to hold regimes like Iran accountable for crimes against humanity. During his first

term, President Trump authorized an asset freeze and entry ban against ICC officials and their

families for opening investigations in the U.S. actions in Afghanistan. Fox is Jared Halper at the White
