After a federal judge temporarily blocked President Trump's buyout offers setting a hearing from Monday to consider labor union challenges to the plan, White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt says.

There was more than 40,000 individuals federal workers who had accepted the buyout program.

We expect that number to increase.

Big cuts are coming today at the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Days after Elon Musk and his Department of Government efficiency took over computer systems saying its spending is out of control,

then USAID's four and aid operations were put under State Department

control. The workforce is being slashed by nearly 10,000 workers leaving fewer than 300.

Here's Secretary of State, Marco Rubio. We're not trying to be disruptive to people's personal

lives. We're not, we're not trying to, we're not being punitive here, but this is the only way

we've been able to get cooperation from USAID.

Now, unions are suing the Trump administration over the cuts.

The American Foreign Service Association and American Federation of Government employees says these actions have generated a global humanitarian crisis by abruptly halting the crucial work of USAID.
