0:36.8	table with us. Deb would you like to start us off? Absolutely. So this person writes,
0:43.7	I want to share an experience I recently had. I had been on my spiritual awakening journey for
0:50.1	the past three months and I'm very new to this world. I wanted to start by connecting with my
0:56.8	spirit guide. I listened to all your podcasts on this and ask for messages and signed.
1:03.0	I felt like I was making a little progress but nothing major for about three months. That all
1:08.7	changed this weekend. I was meditating and I decided to speak directly to my guide asking if he
1:15.5	would work with me to build a relationship. I also talked to each of my other spiritual team members
1:22.8	like my spirit animal and angels and asked them to be patient with me. Two days later,
1:29.7	I was meditating while receiving acupuncture. I felt someone standing to my left side and my left
1:36.4	hand twitched. I could see the outline of someone next to me holding my hand. It was so beautiful.
1:43.8	I felt this incredible rush of energy shoot up my spine. I was not afraid at all. Instead,
1:49.7	I felt at peace. When I got home, the self-doubt started to build. So I grabbed my pendulum and
1:56.5	asked if someone had been holding my hand and the answer was yes. It confirmed it was my guide who
2:02.8	I just feel is a masculine energy. The next day I knew I needed to recharge in nature. So I went
2:10.8	by my favorite lake and sat on the shore and meditated. I know I need to work on loving and
2:16.0	accepting myself. So I repeated my I am statements during my meditation. At that exact moment,
2:23.0	I heard a hawk call from above. I burst into tears. I had been there for 30 minutes and never saw
2:29.7	or heard a hawk. I know my guide, Sinspe Hawks, especially vocal ones. And it was one of the most
