Hello, Empaths, we hope your week is off to a beautiful start. We are introducing a new

monthly segment this year that we're going to be calling the energy forecast. So each month

at the top of the month, we're going to be discussing some important planetary shifts,

moon phases, and then we'll wrap up with a card pull and a crystal of the month that we hope

will give us all a glimpse into what the next four weeks will look like for us. I'm excited for this

new monthly feature. I am too, and we'll touch on some astrological things and stuff,

but I think it's more just what are these pervasive energies and how can I best navigate that

to find peace in my life, to know what's coming, to be more aware. Yes. And in this February

forecast does have a lot of astrology in it, only because there is a

lot of stuff coming up. It really is. I mean, yeah. So January was about finishing old business,

because, you know, we were wrapping up the year of the snake, which was all about doing shadow work,

shedding old stuff, preparing for

rebirth. February comes in and introduces a series of rare planetary shifts that haven't occurred

in decades and in some cases, centuries. A lot of astrologers are calling this the cosmic reset.

And from everything that I've been reading, it's going into February is it's asking us to kind of slow down and recalibrate and listen more closely to ourselves, to each other.

And just those subtle signals that are, the energy, the collective

is trying to get our attention right now. But there's a strong blend with this, trusting our

own emotional intelligence and intuitive insight and realizing we're at a pretty decisive

turning point about moving forward. That is for sure.
