In Michigan, a woman was charged with murder after the body of her son was found buried in a backyard last month.

In New Jersey, charges were brought against a man a month after a woman's body was discovered

concealed in a refrigerator. And in Florida, a man turned himself over to the police after an alleged

shooting at a Walgreens pharmacy. All of this coming at you right now.

Back on Monday, January 6th, a Detroit homeowner was at one of his rental properties

working to get it in tip-top shape for a new tenant that was set to move in.

Part of that process involved having a landscaping crew come in to clear up the backyard

to get it looking good.

But as the landscapers were working in the yard, they discovered what appeared to be

a foot, sticking out of the ground. they discovered what appeared to be a foot,

sticking out of the ground. After it was brought to the homewinner's attention, they called

911 to report the finding. Officers responded to the scene and confirmed the finding, noting that

the foot appeared to belong to a child. As soon as this discovery was made, investigators and

a forensic anthropologist were called to the scene.

And within hours, they had removed the body from the ground.

It was determined that the body had only been in the ground for a few months at most by the time that it was found.
