And food writing has been this kind of great collision between culture and taste.

And all this smart stuff but also this really enjoyable process.

And some of the best writers I think in America are actually writing about food.

People like Ruth Rysho, people like Tony Bourdain.

And then you have people that don't actually know the difference between butter and cheese.
