Hey everyone, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton here with our weekly update on social media.

Thank you as always for joining us a lot happening in terms of corruption and transparency and accountability.

And you are at the right spot to find out more.

First up, of course, is the big news about the depositions

of Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton before the,

what is it, House Oversight and Government Reform Committee,

over the Epstein matter.

Now, you may recall, they were asked to come in and testify under oath, and they refused.

They rejected or ignored subpoenas to testify.

And so both Bill and Hillary were

referred by the committee to the full House

for a vote for contempt of Congress.

Now that potentially if it had been passed

could have led to the prosecution of Bill and Hillary for refusing to testify,

as was what happened, I think, improperly and outrageously to Peter Navarro and Stephen Bannon.

But they thought better of it and chose to comply with the subpoena, hence the depositions this week of Hillary Clinton and then of Bill.

I think Bill may still be testifying for as I'm presenting to you now.

And it is what you would expect it to be when it comes to the Clinton's prevarifications,

misleading statements, Hath truths, you name it, outright lies.

You could be sure that is the context of their testimony when we are finally able to see it.

So why were Bill and Hillary Clinton requested or required to testify?
