In Texas, a woman was arrested and charged with murder after a man was found shot to death

in the street. In Florida, a man was charged with murder after a man was found shot to death in the street.

In Florida, a man was charged with murder and the death of a beloved sheriff's deputy.

And in Missouri, a man covered in blood walked into a pharmacy and told the employees he wanted to turn himself into the police.

During the early morning hours of Sunday, February 9th, deputies with the Harris County Sheriff's

Office in Texas responded to the 10,000 block of Barely Lane after receiving reports of a man lying

unresponsive in the street.

When responding deputies arrived to the scene, they located the victim who was well beyond help.

The man, later identified as 28-year-old Giovanni Montague, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives then responded to the scene and spoke with witnesses who were familiar

with not only the victim, but the alleged suspect in the case. The witnesses who spoke to

detectives told them that the victim lived in the Oak Grove apartment complex with his mother and

girlfriend, that being 23-year-old Tatiana Evans. After Giovanni was initially discovered lying

in the street, witnesses had seen Tatyana fleeing

the scene in her car at a high rate of speed.
