So I really wanted to talk about doing a 30 day challenge for myself and I actually was just watching the challenge for this month for inner circle and it kind of ties into one of the ideas I have.

So it's kind of perfect. So I just wanted to kind of figure out with all my ideas to put it together and create a 30 day challenge.

Okay. Awesome. So like what specifically do you want to do within the 30 day challenge? Like actually, I remember so within your question, you said like you want to do a 30 day challenge, but you're having trouble in terms of like figuring out how to put multiple goals in there. Is that right?

Alright, so walk me through like what you want to achieve within this 30 day challenge and we'll go from there.

So the three big things that I want to do is I want to take progress photos on a daily basis just so I can so I can track.

Like towards the end and look back at it. Okay.

And then I want to make sure that I'm tracking my food so I make sure that I'm hitting my my calorie and my protein goals daily.

And then my third thing is like journaling daily. So like one or two sentences about how I feel about that day specifically.

Okay. Got it. And so so I think that's all great. Now where are you struggling? Like actually, you know, actually before that, what is the point of the 30 day challenge? And it's like it's important to talk about what is your goal with this 30 day challenge? What do you want to achieve?

Well, I have a tendency to get really excited about things and go really strong for like a week.

And so I started.

I and I always have one into journal and then I do it like the same thing. I do it for like a week and then like never journal again.

And I have so many journals that I've started like years looking back and I'm like, oh, that was nice for a week.
