Today we're going back to Barsoom, which of course was a name for Mars given by Edgar Rice Burroughs.

Before he wrote Tarzan, you know, before there was Tarzan of the Apes, there was John Carter of Mars,

and maybe eventually they're going to be releasing a movie about that.

And I think they have to decide whether it's

going to be all live action or live action and computer animation because of all the strange

creatures. Anyway, we have our old frame McDonys with us and a special guest, Robert Zuberin,

who's author of a lot of interesting books, one of which is called How to Live on Mars, a

trusty guidebook for surviving and thriving

on the red planet. Now, this book is, I guess, part social commentary, part science fiction,

part humor, because there's a lot of funny things about it, but then if you read into the

humor, you'll find so many truisms. So, Robert, how did you come
