On Sunday, police in Milwaukee discovered the bodies of a missing mother and her two daughters

inside a garage unit.

In Los Angeles, a prominent therapist was killed inside her Hollywood Hills home.

In Georgia, a 14-year-old girl was fatally shot during what police were calling a targeted

home invasion.

Finally, in Minnesota, a jury found Christopher Cruz not guilty of the 2015 murder of his wife,

Janet Pigman Cruz.

Janet reports that the bodies of missing women, 26-year-old Amara Banks and her daughters,

five-year-olds in Nia Ivory and four-year-old Camira Banks, were discovered inside a Milwaukee

garage on Sunday.

The three-year believed to be victims of homicide.

This follows another family tragedy, as Amara had recently lost her one-year-old son,

Arzel, to a respiratory illness.

Amara was reported missing by her family on February 9th.

The last reported sighting of Amara and her daughters was around noon on February 8th.

Amara's mother, Valeria Spinner Banks, told WITI that the last time she saw her daughter

was on February 7th at Arzel's funeral.
