Yo, parish orphans and retrogrades.

Another most special episode of today's show for a few reasons.

One, it's young Abigail's 17th birthday.

I wouldn't normally have done a show, but I had the opportunity to do a show that's thematically tight with my friend, quite frankly.

And this is the second reason that today's episode is special,

is because it's going to be a show with a friend on a daughter's birthday about a theme

that is near to my heart and has been increasingly near to my heart, and I think it's near

to your heart too, Frank. Getting old.

Getting old sucks.

Getting old blanks.

Whatever people think about it.

It's an inevitability.

Father Time has an undefeated record.

All this stuff I've heard Charles Barkley say over the years.

It's fun and a little bit scary to talk about, but there's no one better to do it with for honest conversations than my friend Frank from quite frankly. So, you know, this is why I feel honored to have you on today on Abby's birthday, Frank.

Well, happy birthday, Abby.

And I'm so happy I got to meet her and the whole crew a couple of years ago

when we were, I can't believe it should have been a couple of years, but I'm happy it happened at

least. And I'm sure there's more more in the future. But we got to hang out in our, at a local

park that I grew up in that I did a lot of baseball coaching in. and then I got to give you guys a nice New York

pizza to take along the way and it was wonderful to meet the whole crew. But again, that was
