And you're listening to the Suburban Women Problem. So lately, there's been a surge of attacks on diversity. Affirmative action was overturned by the Supreme Court. The Harvard president, Claudine Gay, was forced out of her seat with people calling her a

diversity hire and anti-D-EI bills are popping up all over the country.

I know y'all talked last week about how right-wingers, Charlie Kirk and Candace Owens said they

wouldn't even want to be in a plane with a black or female pilot, which is just utterly ridiculous. So today,

as we start Black History Month, we're going to be talking about attacks on diversity programs.

We'll get to chat with Sophia, Dana, or Cody, a small business owner here in Atlanta

to talk about how difficult it is to get business loans as a woman

of color. And one of the firms that invested in her, the fearless fund, is now even under

legal attacks by extremists. I think before we get into the news and start talking about the news,

Jasmine, we need to talk about something that happened to you a couple weeks ago.
