In the last Mindful Monday class, we focused on embracing and conquering fear, because

everyone experiences fear.

So because fear is such a relatable topic, and it can be applied to seriously any area

of our lives, I think it's important that we take a moment to dissect how to deal with

it.

As many of you may know, I'm a contestant on one of the craziest TV shows that's on TV,

and that's the challenge.

The challenge is a show where adrenaline junkies and athletes thrive, but a lot of regular

ass people are casted.

Let's be real here.

I am the furthest thing from an adrenaline junkie.

I don't actually like to put my body into harm's way whatsoever, but time and time again,

I find myself on top of an apparatus that's dangling 40 feet above water and I am met

with total and utter fear.

In those moments, my body starts to shake, my knees literally buckle, and I genuinely

ask myself, what life decisions got me here?

Like really, where did I go so wrong in my life that I'm dangling my body off of this

100 foot building or am about to wrestle somebody on top of a moving truck?

I mean, these things aren't terrifying.

I know in many of my interviews on the show, I always sound like, oh yeah, I got this.
