| 0:51.9 | of spaciousness and ease and fear that's due to the unfamiliarity with |
| 0:58.1 | it, can we orient towards some of the spaciousness that's there? Now, this is not an everyday |
| 1:06.9 | experience that we're having fear and spaciousness at the same time. |
| 1:11.5 | But this is a unique opportunity, if that does arise in meditation, to just notice how we |
| 1:18.0 | want to just turn towards the fear and fix it and make it go away and fiddle with it as much |
| 1:23.4 | as we can and just really dive in. |
| 1:26.5 | And a little bit I talked about last week is, |
| 1:29.2 | can we recognize, yes, the fear is there? |
| 1:32.2 | We're not denying it. |
| 1:33.3 | We're not repressing it. |
| 1:34.3 | We're not pretending. |
| 1:35.9 | But inclining the mind towards any sense of openness or spaciousness or ease that's |
| 1:42.4 | there. |
| 1:43.8 | And then last week I also talked about a little bit what we did in the guided meditation. |
