I am so excited for you to hear this conversation with Jennifer Allwood.

Jennifer, I would say she and I kind of marched to the beat of the same drum

if you will. We joked about how she could, she's kind of like a big sister

and in this space and I'm going to share a little bit about her.

But really this episode is a very candid conversation.

We recorded it about a month after I went through a second really personal

hardship this year.

And so it was not easy for me to hop on and record a podcast episode.

But I really enjoyed talking with Jennifer and I told her I said Jennifer,

this is just going to have to be a pretty candid conversation.

We're going to be talking about what it looks like to overcome fear that can come

out of things like grief and hardship and loss, but also just in general fear.

Jennifer recently wrote a book called Fear Is Not The Boss of You.

And I have really needed to hear that in the season of my life.

I think fear can come in many packages.

And so we dive into that quite a bit today.

Jennifer also shares a little bit of her business journey and what it's looked

like and why she's so passionate about helping women find financial freedom

and use the internet as a tool to do that, which I resonate with quite a bit.
